What the restaurant told us
“Because it is a stir fry buffet style restaurant, we do not have a menu of different dishes, as people literally make them up themselves. As most items on our main buffet are just fresh vegetables and meats, the only items with allergens are wheat noodles, tofu, and seafood. We have GF rice noodles, and also rice is served to the table. Some of our sauces have allergens but again these are all labelled. For an allergy, we have a separate wok and separate utensils for different allergies (gluten, peanuts). We do not have any dairy on the buffet (only in desserts) so we are naturally dairy free. We do explain to people that while we try our best, as it is a customer participation buffet, there cannot be 100% guarantee.”
