Taco Bell is committed to providing allergen information for all of its products of the 14 mandatory allergens (Cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soya beans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide & sulphites, Lupin & Mollusc). Our teams regularly handle multiple food ingredients in our kitchens, our food and packaging may contact allergens during preparation, cooking and delivery. Delivery couriers may deliver more than one order. We can't guarantee that any items are 100% allergen-free including ingredients removed on request. Neither Taco Bell®, our employees, nor our franchisees assume any responsibility for a person's sensitivity or allergy to any food item provided in our restaurants. Taco Bell® does not claim "gluten-free" for any of its food. Some Taco Bell® items are made without gluten containing ingredients but are prepared in common kitchen areas, including common fryer oil, risking gluten exposure.
